Drug compliance is a major aspect in the treatment of chronic diseases. Compliance of daily medication is a focus in achieving patient health. This behavior can be seen from patients following treatment plans agreed upon by patients with medical personnel to produce therapeutic goals. Referral Program is a Health Service provided to people with chronic diseases with stable condition and still require long-term treatment or nursing care that is carried out in first-level health facilities upon recommendation from a specialist. This sampling use accidental sampling method. Data collection used the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS) questionnaire. From the results of study obtained high drug compliance results by 20%, have a moderate compliance of 53.75%, and patients who have low compliance 26.25%.
