ABSTRAK



Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimanakah analisis kelayakan investasi terhadap rencana pendirian tempat cuci mobil CV. Sangkara Abadi, Bumiayu diterima atau tidak. Analisis yang digunakan adalah aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan aspek keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value (NPV), payback period (PP) dan Profitability Index.


Hasil penelitian CV. Sangkara Abadi menyimpulkan bahwa analisis penilaian aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan aspek keuangan invesatasi layak dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis dengan metode Net Present Value (NPV), menyimpulkan bahwa investasi layak dilaksanakan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai NPV positif sebesar Rp. 297.244.356. Hasil analisis dengan metode Payback Period (PP), investasi layak dilaksanakan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan PP 2 tahun 5 bulan < 5 tahun. Dan hasil analisis dengan metode Profitability index (PI), investasi layak dilaksanakan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan PI sebesar 3,6 > 1.

ABSTRACT



This study aims to examine how investment feasibility analysis of the plan to establish a car wash CV. Sangkara Abadi, Bumiayu. The analysis used is the Net Present Value (NPV), payback period (PP) and Profitability Index. Analytical methods used are Net Present Value (NPV), payback period (PP) and Profitability Index.


The results of the CV. Sangkara Abadi concluded that the analysis of market assessment and marketing aspects, technical aspects invesatasi feasible.


The results of analysis by the method of Net Present Value (NPV), concluded that the investment feasible, this is indicated by a positive NPV value of Rp. 297 244 356. The results of analysis by the method of Payback Period (PP), the investment feasible, as shown by PP 2 years 5 months < 5 years. And the results of analysis by the method of profitability index (PI), the investment feasible, this is indicated by a PI of 3.6 > 1.
