The purpose of this research is to know the intensity of pest attack and its effect toward radish (Raphanus sativus) plant result by giving some types of fertilizer. The research was conducted on land in the Kenteng (323 m above sea level), Madukara, Banjarnegara, Central Java. The treatments were 5 types of fertilizer, they were without fertilizer, chicken manure, rabbit manure, goat manure, and cow manure. The data were analyzed by using F-test, if significantly different, it followed by DMRT 5%. The main pests which attacked radish plants when observations were grasshoppers (Orthoptera: Pyrgomorphidae). The weekly average of grasshopper attack intensity were not significantly different in every treatment on the plant without fertilizer, chicken, rabbit, goat, and cow manure in order 28,60%; 37,56%; 32,22%; 21,49%; and 27,56%. Treatments in all types of fertilizer had not been able to increase the length of root, tuber length, and radish tuber diameter. The use of rabbit and cow manure could increase the fresh weight of leaves, each 9,31 g and 7,73 g. The use of rabbit manure could increase the fresh weight of tuber, that was 18,13 g. The regression analysis correlation result toward pest attack intensity and fresh weight of leaves had a value r = 0,075 which indicated the degree of influence which had very low relationship.
