Bullying is an act of violence with the intention of hurting another person either physically or mentally. Bullying can be physical actions, verbal, emotional and sexual well. Bullying is a form of crime, which is a violation of the Code of Criminal Law (Penal Code) and Act No. 35 of 2014 on Protection of Children. Thus, anyone who form the bullies will be processed by the applicable law. In addition to the Criminal Code and the Child Protection Act, regulations governing bullying is Permendikbud No. 5 of 2015 and the Letter of the Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education Management No. 1383 / C.C4 / MN / 2010 on the Implementation of the MOS. Article 2 Permendikbud No. 5 of 2015 governing the criteria for graduation of students that scored attitude / behavior at a minimum so that if the students proved to have done the bullying it is concerned not pass. Legal Aspects of Bullying Training for Teens at the Orphanage Muhammadiyah Purwokerto daughter was held on Sunday, May 22, 2016 in the auditorium of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Putri Orphanage and attended by 30 participants. The activities run smoothly and received a positive response from the participants. Given the training participants are expected to understand the legal aspects of bullying that is expected to reduce the occurrence of cases of bullying among adolescents, especially in schools.
